PAS Welcomes Fall Intern Nick Wulfkuhle

Kansas State University graduate Nick Wulfkuhle recently began an internship with PAS that entails assistance with PASIC, coordinating reviews for Percussive Notes and working on special projects for the Percussive Arts Museum. Wulfkuhle graduated from KSU in May with a bachelor of music degree in percussion performance. His areas of interest include music technology and Latin percussion.

Wulfkuhle hails from Grove City, Ohio, and first joined PAS in the seventh grade. While a student at KSU, he was involved with the Kansas PAS chapter's Day of Percussion events. He has served on the society's Music Technology Committee for two years, working with committee chair Allan Molnar on the ALIVE distance learning project.

After completing his internship, Wulfkuhle plans to study Cuban percussion at PlazaCuba in Havana and attain an educational position with a percussion instrument corporation.
